 <p>The Committee\, under the chairmanship of senior BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu\, in its 146th report on the Code of Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill\, 2010\, also suggested the government not to bring any amendments in bits and pieces.</p>
 <p>It asked for a discussion on the draft policy on Criminal Justice by the MHA in consultation with legal fraternity and other stakeholders.</p>
