Rajesh Bhushan, a 1987 batch Bihar cadre IAS officer will soon join ministry of rural development as a joint secretary. At present, Bhushan is working as a principal secretary-cum-appellate authority, Right to Information (RTI). Bhushan will replace Sanjay Kumar Rakesh, a 1990 batch Mizoram-Tripura cadre IAS officer. Sanjay Kumar Rakesh has been appointed as a chief vigilance officer in the central warehousing corporation.
