Kerala officer to join I&B ministry as joint secy

Rajesh Kumar Singh, a 1989 batch Kerala cadre IAS officer, will join the ministry of information and broadcasting (I&B) as a joint secretary. Presently, Singh is working as a secretary in the local self government department (LSGD) in the ministry of urban development, government of Kerala.
