Manipur-Tripura cadre officer to join ministry of coal as chief vigilance officer

Manoj Kumar, 1990 batch Manipur-Tripura cadre IAS officer will join Coal India Limited (CIL) as a chief vigilance officer (CVO) in the ministry of Coal. Chief Vigilance Officer is equivalent to joint secretary in the ministry of Coal.
