Ali Anwar Ansari, Rajya Sabha MP from Bihar talks about Pasmanda Muslim Mahaz, an Indian Muslim welfare organisation he founded ten years back for the emancipation of dalit Muslims. He says the popularity of the organization has increased with Muslims from Kashmir to Kanyakumari becoming its members. He says the organisation works for Muslims who have been marliginalised from the society and have been oppressed for year by the upper class. The organisation has increased its reach amongst other marginalized section of the society including dalit Hindus.
