How to submit your report

You can email your report in the text format, photographs or video clips to publicreporter@governancenow.com, mentioning your name and contact details. In case any clarification is needed, we will contact you within a week. If your report is simply in the text form, you can also use the following form to submit it.

Guidelines

Reportage for Public Reporter should focus on areas of governance and issues of citizens’ concern, for example, a government-run health clinic that remains closed in your town, corruption in a road project in your neighbourhood or the inspiring story of a physically handicapped person who overcame all odds and succeeded in his endevours.

Written reports should not exceed 600 words, while photos and video clips should be of good quality for uploading on the website. Reports should include basic details – who, what, when, where, why and how. We will vet your inputs to improve its quality.

Conditions

Your submissions for publicReporter must not infringe on copyright. Thus, please send only your own write-ups, photographs or video clips. GovernanceNow will hold copyright over your submission for the purpose of publishing them on this website. Your submissions must not be offensive, defamatory, hateful or obscene.
