Mr. Kailashnath Adhikari, Managing Director 
Mr. Kailash is a double post-graduate in accounting from the London School of Economics (LSE) and an ex- Govt. of India official having experience of working with the erstwhile Planning Commission of India. He is presently looking after and managing the business of the Company and is responsible for creating new verticals for the publication business namely Digital vertical and Capacity Building Seminars.
Mr. M Soundara Pandian
Mr. M Soundara Pandian aged 58 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company and a Graduate in ‘Business Management’ from Madurai Kamaraj University and has also obtained professional qualifications such as “Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance”, Mumbai, “Certified in ‘IT Security’ and ‘Customer Service & Banking Codes and Standards’ by IIBF”. He is a Banking Professional having 31 years of Banking Experience and has served in various capacities including ‘Head’ of Bank Branches. He is having a flair for ‘Corporate Governance’. The banking experience of Mr. M Soundara Pandian will enliven the Group’s exposure to the entire gamut of ‘Financial Activities’.
Mr. Anurag Mishra
Mr. Anurag Mishra, appointed as an Additional Independent Director of the Company is a Business Development and Sales professional with a Bachelor of Management Studies from Thakur College of Science and Commerce, Mumbai, having experience with Oberoi IBC (Indian Brand Coach) Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Executive, Ayurved Hub & SM Hospitality and Events LLP as an Administrator – Sales & Marketing, and DRP Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. as a freelancer for music and wedding events. He has developed expertise in end-to-end sales cycle management, client relationship building, marketing strategy, content creation, and event operations, along with hands-on experience in logistics planning, vendor coordination, and financial record-keeping, making him a versatile professional with a strong blend of sales, marketing, and operational skills.
Mrs. Neha Vinod Kothari
Ms. Neha Vinod Kothari, appointed as an Additional Independent Director (Non-Executive, Woman Director), is a Chartered Accountant and holds an M.Com degree. She is an accomplished corporate strategy professional with extensive experience in developing and executing high-impact strategic initiatives. She possesses strong expertise in market analysis, competitive positioning, and business model innovation, with a proven track record of driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency. She has worked with a listed life insurance company and has prior experience across both life and general insurance sectors in various roles spanning finance and strategy, demonstrating her ability to align strategic objectives with organizational goals and deliver sustainable outcomes.
Dr. Ganesh P. Raut
Dr. Ganesh P. Raut aged 60 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company and a Mechanical Engineer (1984) from B.I.T., Sindri. He has vast experience of 33 years in engineering, operation, maintenance, construction, commissioning, quality assurance and management. He possesses the unique skill set & qualifications of Science, Engineering, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Operation Management) and Ph.D (Business Administration). His Doctoral Thesis titled, "Corporate Governance Practices: A Comparative Study between India & UK” provides comparative insight into corporate governance practices across different dimensions, countries, time period & nature of companies. Dr. Ganesh P. Raut’s doctoral works on Corporate Governance analyzes difference in the corporate structure, functioning bodies, roles of Independent Directors & various officials, performance evaluation, accountability etc., which shall be beneficial to the Company.
Mr. Umakanth Bhyravajoshyulu
Mr. Umakanth Bhyravajoshyulu aged 66 years, is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company and a Science Graduate from Government College, Ananthapuram and also obtained Professional Qualifications such as MA (Economics), MBA (Finance), CAIIB & PGDIRPM. He has worked with Syndicate Bank as the Senior Management Grade-V - Assistant General Manager. He has more than three decades of experience in banking sector. Mr. Umakanth Bhyravajoshyulu is expert in charting out the Group’s financial growth strategy.
