Prithviraj Chavan is the minister of state for personnel, public grievances and pensions. The department of administrative reforms, which comes under the ministry, is the nodal agency for e-governance planning.
At the 13th national conference on e-governance, Chavan said that e-governance projects needed feedback from citizens to recognize best practices and catalogue them while unsuccesful projects needed to go.
