In this GN Talk, Dr Madhav Chavan of Pratham talks about a provision of the Right to Free and Compulsory Education Act which says that private schools will have to reserve 25 percent of its seats for the children from the economically weaker section. He believes that there should be a system of integration but this provision is definitely not the solution.
