I am a concerned citizen, residing at Mumbai. Since 1998 I have interacted with the public authorities to get better civic, traffic and law & order conditions in Mumbai. Have used RTI Act to get transparency and accountability from our Govt Departments since 2002. Have been writing "letters to the editor" since the past 12 years to put forward my appreciation / objections / protest for or against the government policies etc.
