Accusing the Centre of neglecting Orissa in rail budegt, BJD workes today staged a dharna (sit-in) in front of the railway station here.

"Though the state government had sought an allocation of Rs 2085-crore in the railway sector for the next financial year, Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee allocated only Rs 1168 crore to the state in the budget 2011-12.
