Should RK Pachauri be allowed to head TERI?

The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI) has promoted RK Pachauri, accused of sexual harassment, as the executive-vice chairman despite the ongoing probe. He was earlier the director general of TERI until the complaint filed by a junior colleague. Should he be allowed to head the organisation?
