Haryana govt plans online grievance redressal system

Plans to develop a mechanism whereby online information about action taken report on grievances relating to all type of services can be provided to people

Haryana Chief Secretary P K Chaudhery on Friday said the government plans to develop such a mechanism whereby online information about action taken report on grievances relating to all type of services can be provided to people.

He said that such type of mechanism would be implemented within next two years and complete transparency could be ensured in all government works after its implementation.

"It would also be helpful in eliminating corruption form the society," he said, adding that citizen charter would be framed by all the departments and all works would be completed in a time bound manner by the concerned departments.

People would become aware about the need of a particular department as well as the responsibility of that department towards public after its formation, he added.

Chaudhery was addressing the members of Faridabad Industries Association during a meeting with them at Faridabad today.

He said that all possible efforts were being made to operationalise the concept of e-governance in Haryana, the result of same is expected to be seen in next six months.
