DLF have signed Lease-cum-Development Agreement with IDCO on November 10, 2006, the minister said adding that the DLF had agreed to the three conditions put by the state government.

While the first was to build up 4 lakh square feet office area within 24 months from the project commencement date, DLF would achieve the second by building 10 lakh Sq ft build up office space area within 48 months from the project commencement date.

As the tenure of the first had not been completed so far, the state government was not aware about the names of IT companies which would operate in the first 4 lakh sq,ft office space here, the minister said.
