The Railway administration here has decided to launch a public awareness campaign "Say no to bribe" to curb the menace of rampant corruption using SMS\email.

The campaign will start with effect from October 4, a spokesman of Vadodara division of Western Railway Said.

Explaining the system, he said on receipt of the complaint by an SMS/E-mail, a confirmatory reply shall be sent. Railway administration shall swing into action and

process the information and send it to the concerned department for necessary action and a suitable reply shall be sent to the caller.

The complainant can register their grievance/suggestion through SMS on mobile phone no 9724098975, he said.
