Govt receives Rs 74.25 crore dividend from NBCC

Cheque was handed over to minister of state for housing and urban affairs

NBCC has declared final dividend of Rs 74.25 crore to the union government for 2016-17 fiscal.

The cheque has been handed over to minister of state (I/C) for housing and urban affairs Hardeep Singh Puri by NBCC, CMD, Anoop Kumar Mittal on October 30, 2017.

NBCC, in effect, paid a total dividend of Rs 110.025 crore to the government for 2016-17 fiscal that includes interim dividend of Rs 35.775 crore paid earlier during the year at the rate of 26.5 percent i.e. Rs 0.53 per paid-up equity share of Rs 2 each.
