REC extends CSR support to AIIMS

Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC), a navratna enterprise, has extended support its CSR support to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi.
 
REC will support the Rs. 13.02 crore project ‘’Renovation and provision of equipment for Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) of AIIMS along with procurement of new steam sterilizers and buy back of old sterilizers, on turn-key basis”.
 
The main objective of the project is to significantly reduce infections and improve the quality of patient care by ensuring that the entire Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) of AIIMS is renovated on a turnkey.
