TRS candidates were leading in four seats, while YSR Congress nominee was leading in one seat in the bypoll to seven assembly constituencies in Andhra Pradesh, counting for which is underway on Wednesday.

According to initial trends, TRS candidates were leading in Station Ghanpur, Kamareddy, Adilabad and Kollapur seats, while Independent candidate and former TDP leader Nagam Janardhan Reddy was ahead of his rival in Nagarkurnool.

In Kovur, the YSR Congress candidate N Prasanna Kumar Reddy was leading over his nearest TDP rival S Chandra Mohan Reddy.

In Adilabad, TRS candidate Jogu Ramanna was leading over his nearest TDP rival B Shankar by a margin of over 7,800 votes after the completion of fourth round.

In Kamareddy, TRS candidate G Govardhan was leading over his nearest Congress rival A Rajareddy by a margin of over 13,000 votes after the completion of tenth round.

TRS candidate Jupalli Krishna Rao was ahead of his nearest TDP rival by a margin of over 3,600 votes in Kollapur after the completion of third round.

In Station Ghanpur, TRS nominee T Rajaiah was ahead of his nearest TDP rival by a margin of 14,387 votes after the completion of eighth round while in NagarKurnool, independent Janardhan Reddy was leading over his Congress rival by a margin of over 8000 votes after the completion of third round.

In Mehabubnagar, the ruling Congress candidate M Prakash was leading over his BJP rival Y Srinivas Reddy by a margin of over 1500 votes after the completion of 4th round.

In Kovvur, YSR Congress candidate N Prasanna Kumar Reddy was ahead of his TDP rival by a margin of about 11000 votes after the completion of 5th round.

The YSR Congress contested only in Kovvur.
