Governance Now journalist Geetanjali Minhas wins ENQUBE Women Public Policy and Governance Award

Geetanjali Minhas, Associate Editor with Governance Now, has been conferred with the Women Public Policy and Governance Award by ENQUBE Collaborations.

 
The award was presented at ‘Season 5 – Connect Future Ready Leaders: Viksit Bharat at 2047’, organised by ENQUBE Collaborations in Mumbai on February 17.
 
The recognition honours outstanding leadership, exceptional contribution, and excellence in shaping the governance and public policy landscape.
 
“Your leadership and contribution to your sector exemplify the standards of excellence we set out to honour — spanning innovation, governance, resilience, and long-term impact,” said Dr Narendra Maipady of ENQUBE Collaborations while presenting the award.
 
Recognising Impactful Policy Journalism
Minhas, based in Mumbai, has been working with Governance Now since its inception in 2009 and has been covering governance, policy and politics.
 
In 2018, she had bagged the REACH Media Awards for best reporting (English category) on tuberculosis (TB) at an event co-hosted by REACH, USAID and Lilly Global Health in partnership with the Lancet Commission on Tuberculosis.

Since 2022, Minhas has been hosting Governance Now’s flagship multimedia series ‘Checks and Balances’, featuring in-depth analysis and discussions with distinguished experts across public policy and governance. The series examines critical issues affecting the common citizen and explores practical pathways for reform and progress.
