Quarters for government officers are notoriously drab. For a long time, Lodhi Colony, in Delhi, was no exception. In 2016, art and colour came to the large walls with tall arched openings that flank the rows of flats. The public works department allowed an NGO to bring street artists like DALeast (a Chinese national) to do their thing. It was a symbiosis of sarkari and subversive. The tradition continues. Our photographer brings you views of the latest makeover of the colony.
