Andhra BSNL to have 'customer delight month'

In order to improve customer satisfaction level, the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Andhra Pradesh Circle, is organising 'Customer Delight Month' from 2 May.

In order to improve customer satisfaction level, the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), Andhra Pradesh Circle, is organising 'Customer Delight Month' from tomorrow.

"BSNL is working towards the satisfaction of customers and as a part of these efforts 'Customer Delight Month' is being organised from May 1 to May 31," Chief General Manager (AP Telecom Circle) Rajeev Agarwal told reporters.

The focus would be on four aspects: Zero Fault Rate, Total customer care, customer awareness and review, he said.

Agarwal said all Landline faults shall be cleared on the same day while all cable faults and broadband faults will be cleared within 48 hours.

He said that the BSNL AP Circle continued to perform exceedingly well in the Mobile Number Portability, attracting over 81,556 customers since the MNP facility was launched on January 20. 26,147 users opted out of BSNL under MNP.

"BSNL has inched up from sixth to fifth position in the state," he added.
