SoSasta.com, a part of US-based online-coupon giant Groupon, on Monday said it has re-branded itself as Crazeal.com.

A new leadership team will take charge of delivering the ultimate Crazeal.com experience to consumers, the company said in a statement.

Ankur Warikoo has been named the CEO of Crazeal.com and will be responsible for growing the business in India, it said.

Crazeal.com has appointed Bharath Devanathan as COO and Sachin Kapur as Head of Marketing.

The company has appointed a core team of six Sales Directors in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata to build the Local Service, National Products and National Travel verticals.

Crazeal.com, which is in testing phase at present, claims to offer services across 11 cities -- Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur and Pune.

It has partnered with brands such as Claridges, Domino's, Cafe Coffee Day, Kainoosh, Olivea, Crowne Plaza and Amoda Spa, the company said in a statement.

"We are identifying merchants with high quality offerings, expanding to newer cities and above all enabling Social Commerce to help consumers avail of the best that their city has to offer," Warikoo said.
