RC Misra given additional charge as secretary personnel

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, to RC Misra, IAS (OR:76), Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances and Department of Pensions and Pensioners’ Welfare, for a period of three months with effect from the date Alka Sirohi, IAS (MP:74), relinquishes the charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

ACC has also approved the extension of tenure of Gokul Chandra Pati-, IAS (OR:78), Additional Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Ministry of Agriculture, for a period of six months beyond January 6, 2012.
