"Chief minister Omar Abdullah is saying that hanging of Guru would disturb situation in Kashmir Valley, we say if it is not done it would disturb situation in entire country," state BJP chief Shamsher Singh Manhas told reporters in Jammu.

The Jammu and Kashmir assembly will on September 28 debate and vote on the controversial resolution demanding clemency for Guru, who was sentenced to death for his involvement in the attack on parliament in December 2001.
