CVC puts CWG works under microscope for corruption
Technical wing of commission inspects 15 projects under CWG

With the expenditure on the Commonwealth Games already larger than the Games promise to be, the Central Vigilance Commission has stepped in to sniff out corruption.
Prompted by mounting complainst of graft in the CWG expenditure, the anti-corrruption watchdog will be probing 15 projects. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and the Comptroller and Auditor General have also expressed interest in reviewing the expenditure.
The commission's chief technical examiner's wing had inspected these projects and has now brought out an primary document (attached below) listing some of the irregularities it had observed in the CWG related works.
