If you missed a flat in the last DDA housing scheme, this might be your chance to get one. The agency is coming up with how cost houses in the EWS and LIG categories.

DDA will construct 19560 EWS houses in Dwarka, Narela and Rohini by using the 3S (Speed, Safety and Sustainable) technology whereby the walls environment.

DDA will construct 19560 EWS houses in Dwarka, Narela and Rohini by using the 3S (Speed, Safety and Sustainable) technology whereby the walls environment friendly and help maintain temperature during summer and winter.

“These houses are earthquake proof as they conform to the standard seismic codes and will be pedestrian friendly,” said DDA spokesperson Neemo Dhar.
Besides, 22000 LIG houses will also be taken up using this technology.

DDA is already developing 8700 EWS   dwelling units in the capital as part of the In-situ development- rehabilitation of slum dwellers Kathputali Colony, Kalkaji and Kusumpur Pahari.
