Lenovo unveils 10 new products; to focus more on SMB space

Products are equipped with Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0 for Window 7, ensuring fastest boot time along with superior performance

Computer manufacturer Lenovo India on Tuesday unveiled ten new products including laptops and personal computers in order to tap the Small and Medium Business space (SMBs) in the country.

All the products are equipped with Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0 for Window 7, ensuring fastest boot time along with superior performance, power management and exciting features leaving the user with an enhanced computing experience, Lenovo said in a statement issued here.

"We strongly believe that going forward the India SMB will be the growth engine of our economy. We therefore are putting SMB at the core of our attack strategy and aim to play a leading role in the space," Lenovo India MD Amar Babu said.

To penetrate the length and breadth of the country's diverse SMB market, Lenovo plans to create a reach of close to 500 retail points over the next fiscal year, which includes 300 retail outlets and close to 200 resellers.

"We are offering PCs that can withstand the vagaries of an SMB's growth journey by offering unmatched performance blended with attractive design and affordable price," Lenovo India Director-SMB Rajiv Rao said.
