Global leadership programme for PSEs by SCOPE

SCOPE would organize the programme along with IIM-C to develop global leaders in PSEs

SCOPE, the apex body of public sector enterprises (PSEs) and Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIM-C) are jointly organizing the second advanced global leadership programme, with an aim to develop global leaders in PSEs.

The programme would be organised for the top level executives of PSEs who hold or are likely to take charge as CEOs or directors. This will help them meet the transformation challenges to steer their organizations in the new globally competitive environment.

Nitish Sengupta, chairman of BRPSE, O P Rawat, secretary of the department of public enterprises, Deepak Sandhu, information commissioner at central information commission and C S Verma, chairman of SCOPE and chairman and managing director SAIL would be among the speakers who will address the senior executives of PSEs during the programme.

The programme would be held in two phases. The first phase, starting from August 26, would be a seven-day programme at IIM-C. In the second phase one day programme would be organised on September 6 in Delhi.
