NBCC bags Rs 463 crore order from IIM Visakhapatnam

NBCC will complete the project within 30 months

NBCC (India) Limited has been roped in as project management consultant for development of a permanent campus in phase one at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Visakhapatnam. The PSU has bagged an order of Rs 463 crore from IIM Visakhapatnam.

 
NBCC will have to build academic, residential and admin blocks as well as library, labs, sports and other common facilities. To be developed on a total area of 230.25 acres with built-up area of 60,384 square metres, the PSU will complete the project within 30 months.
 
Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC said, “The company has extensive experience in delivering world class educational and healthcare institutes. Sustainable development is our constant endeavour, which we institutionalise right from the concept stage and ensure quality and timely delivery.”
 
NBCC has undertaken several significant projects in educational infrastructure segment, the prominent ones being IIT Delhi, IIT Mandi, IIT Roorkee, NIFTEM, ICI, HQ and regional offices of CBSE to name a few.
