NBCC hands over GRIHA rated NABARD building in Kolkata

The Rs 60 crore-building is earthquake resistant and possesses built up area of 10,646 sq mt

NBCC has handed over the NABARD regional office building project to NABARD in Kolkata. Built and delivered in a record time of 24 months, the building was unveiled by NABARD chairman Harsh Kumar Bhanwala.

 
The Rs 60 crore-building is earthquake resistant and possesses built up area of 10,646 square metres. Featuring state-of-the-art conference room and an auditorium along with premium office spaces, the building will function as the hub of all regional activities of NABARD.
 
NBCC CMD Anoop Kumar Mittal said, "The eco-friendly 3-star project incorporates all features of a modern green building. NBCC is always in the pursuit of sustainable development, using processes and materials that are environmentally-responsible and resource-efficient - right from planning to design, construction, operation, maintenance and renovation."
