Correction in global governance deficit as intiated in UN by Indian PM

For the first time at the UN general assembly an Indian PM openly aired  his views on the global governance deficit. Role of America driven Western powers to push external solutions via force in Libya was under fire by Dr Manmohan Singh. Fact remains that a NATO member France airdropped automatic guns and bombs to support anti-Gaddafi lobby in the initial stages of Libya disturbances. What later followed the world knows. Is this a classical 'Heart Transplant' case of Dr. Manmohan Singh ? Allow me to give a benefit of doubt to our 'honest' honourable PM. We should not forget that Ex-Honourable PM, Shri AB Vajpaee  'almost agreed' to send Indian soldiers to Iraq to replace expensive American soldiers. After successful carpet bombing of Iraq by Superpower America the guerrilla war since past several years has now shifted to Ground Zero. America wants to put another puppet government. Next in the American power grab list with new weapons test appears to be Syria and Zimbabwe. Meanwhile French Senate after 25th.September elections that goes left with absolute majority is aggressively preparing to debate and stop blind support to America.

Peoples pressure of 12 Days in India during August  Anna Fast can be seen as a silent motivator. Dr. Manmohan Singh took out a surprise stick in his UNGC speech. America's role was questioned by Indian PM. Shall we see the global power shift due to the failure of American driven Financial Model ? Anna Fast phenomenon has galvanised people's negotiating power. This means more money rotation in long term in more Indian Pockets with real purchasing power. Future economic shift and synergy shall sustain towards a more respectable wealth distribution. Towards more equality and more Justice.

Back home in India, the Report card of unequal privileges by Parliamentarians, Bad  Governance and misuse of armed police/paramilitary/judiciary/CBI in India is putting India & Indian leaders to shame. On the BRAI Bill work in Indian Parliament and on the question of GM-Brinjal, Prime Minister takes a slippery stand. He accepts the written request of more then one lakh people on 6th. September in Delhi but refuses to accept and eat packed Indian organic Brinjal Bharta made by Hundreds of People at Delhi Haat. Do we really need unsafe Monsanto GM-Seeds in India ? Should Indian connoisseurs of Bharta /Roasted Brinjal allow their taste buds to be cheated?

For a better understanding let us review American Presidents past visits to India with their 'Carrot and stick' policy.

Bush Junior chose to first pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi (at Rajghat ). Cool !Bush did so perhaps for his Global sins and War crimes as pointed out by American media in the past. Visit of any official dignitary remains complete after the visit to Gandhi Samadhi. Mahatma Gandhi continues to be the universal symbol of non violence and peace.

Obama started his tour by witnessing pieces of humanity in tits and bits at Hotel Taj Mumbai. This was the site of 26/11 Pakistan trained terrorist attack.Obama chose to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi in search of peace on the last day of his India tour.Obama and Bush visits in India with similarity and difference needs to be understood for future Indo-American sustainable support map if any. Both Presidents visits put the Indian public to a Time management Test. Both kept the Aam Adami(common man) held up in long endless traffic jams like Indian VVIPs.

Both demanded India to prepare for next WTO meet. India is asked to open Indian markets for retail,GM-seed and Agriculture.

Both failed to inform India as to why America continue to subsidise heavily their farmers and Industry in America.

Both failed to address Bhopal gas disaster and did not mention the criminal trail of Anderson in India.

Both came as American Uranium salesman selling 'expensive solutions'.

Both promoted a dream of clean energy to India at the whopping future power cost per unit in next one decade.

Fear and insecurity during Bush junior visit was marked by the fact that K-9 security officers(Pentagon sniffer dogs) rejected the possibility of Goerge Bush enjoying the twenty years old tree planted by his father Goerge Bush senior at Rajghat.Trust. Dependency of Five Star Sniffer American dogs staying then in Le Meriden Hotel & trust of American President on his dogs was more then the host India. This was silently questioned by people during the visit of Bush.

Unlike during Bush Junior visit, when Obama arrived, Rajnish Kumar, Secretary, Rajghat,Gandhi Samadhi Committee was not send away for a long leave. Obama did not go empty handed from Rajghat. He took home a Charka with Mahatma Gandhi bust and three books. Charka is a symbol of hand spinner cotton economy used by Mahatma Gandhi during India freedom movement. How this symbol of cotton economy is going to motivate Obama & American policy in WTO ?- The future shall tell how charkha is applied in American-outsider divide and unequal growth.

Obama and Bush both spared approximately three days for the biggest democratic country and market in the World-India. The visits were well planned and filtered in advance by the CIA-pentagon. For security reasons both presidents addressed smaller gatherings under watchful sky and land radar surveillance against any possible chemical attack. The worlds biggest killer machine-America stands outsmarted by fear. Both advised Indians to wear their Gandhian masks and assist them to replace the 'Taliban' threat (once American friends) created by their own failed American Model.

Goerge W Bush played a 'Pied Piper' of jobs in Management School in Hyderabad. He promised dreams and outsourced jobs in India. Here is a change of roles and a fear of competition in Jobs market. Obama  is forced to take a U-turn and demanded 50,000/- jobs for Americans and more exports to India. This U-turn marks the sad imbalance in the 'American driven market model 'still wounded and eating dust in America. Indians are expected to behave well and fall in discipline by telling commons how and why this American generation of 50,000 odd jobs is beneficial to India ?In his 'Purana Kila' Delhi speech Bush Junior used Indian soil to air his threat and put forward his personnel enemy list. He demanded India's military support against distant countries like Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Syria, Zimbabwe and Cuba.

'My enemy should be your enemy but your enemy shall remain my friend'-This American tradition is broken by Obama for the first time when he aired his views against terrorist heavens in Pakistan. Obama has still to help India to put David Headley under trail and prove his Pakistan terror camps promise in action.

UNSC seat for India and Indian promotion of Obama is a false carrot. This is misrepresented and is wrongly painted by section of media. The UNSC is a democratic set up where there is less room for favours and appointments. Russia and China are already backing India for the future position in this platform.

Both presidents came to pamper with a carrot to recognise India as a future superpower and an equal partner.

In the post Recession era even when 118 American banks are licking dust allow me to put the American In-House showcase straight :

Military strength of America :40 % of total world military spending.
Money control of America : 17% of total votes in IMF/World Bank.
GDP of USA is still number one- 15 Trillion dollars.
Per capita income of America is fifth highest-47014 dollars.
Nine times the world average is America per capita spending :1,967 dollars.

Indian business visit of American presidents is all about negotiating , pushing and buying business support. GM-Seeds in shape of Pharmacy instead of Indian Organic Farming is the hall mark of American foreign politics. Begging for better living standards for American voters at the cost of Third World is the bottom line of the American President Visit to India.

What is there to be catered to common Indians; Mr.Prime Minister?

What is the hidden cost of unsafe Power and untested Agriculture, energy solutions pushed by America?

Do we (India-America) really need each other in unequal business deals ? Is it a respectable relationship or is it an unequal Tom and Jerry Comic Show?

Well-made speech of Dr.Manmohan Singh at UNGC needs to be trickled down to Well Done.

Holistic independent 'body change' by Indians is much required.
