Haryana police stations to be computerised: DGP

All police stations will be linked to the headquarters through the Crime and criminal Tracking network System.

All police stations in Haryana will go hi-tech within a year and linked to the headquarters through the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network System (CCTNS), state police chief Ranjeev Dalal on Tuesday said.

Electronic traffic surveillance has been set up at various police stations in the state to keep an eye on traffic violation especially on the National Highway, he said inaugurating the new administrative office building of the Ambala police and Baldev Nagar police station.

He later told reporters that efficient police officers had been posted in the various districts to tone up law and order.
