Apollo MIND Line to comfort people through tele-counselling

People suffering from emotional and psychological problems will now have access to psychologists through a tele-counselling helpline launched by a leading private hospital.

The Apollo M.I.N.D. Line, launched by Apollo Group, is aimed at providing counselling to college students, young women, professionals and senior citizens among others.

To avail the services, one can SMS 'APOLLOLIFE' to 54545 or register online to get the M.I.N.D. Line phone number and personal code or can book an appointment. "We found that individuals find it difficult to open up and talk about what is bothering them concerning their friends and family. Adding to the time constriction, they are even apprehensive in consulting a psychologist.

Apollo M.I.N.D. Line is for them, it assures complete confidentiality and anonymity to all individuals. It is a safe comfort zone," Yogesh Sethi, CEO, Apollo Life, said.
