Spice to launch 'secure android' handset range

It will offer per-embedded security solutions to its users

Mobile handset maker Spice on Wednesday said the company will launch 'Secure Android' handset range, which offers pre- embedded security solutions to its users.

"With a visible upward trend in mobile payments and m-commerce in India we at Spice are sensitive to the situation and hence are offering security solutions to all our users," S Mobility global head devices Kunal Ahooja said in a statement.

The solutions offered by Spice will include an antivirus that will provide real time protection from internet threats and also offers flexibility for the user to set a schedule for regular scans of data in the device as well as SD card.
