I am a Share holder of Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro, and Hindustan unilever.

My Client ID is 1202980000093429.The Board of Directors names are mentioned in their Annual report and also Website where I found that there is no representation of Shareholders / Investors Community in that board of directors list. Also there is no Representation of the following employee levels. i.e.Executive / Middle Management Community. But there is a Representative for Senior Management Community.

I could not understand the reason behind this issue. For instance In Indian Overseas Bank Board structure - There is one representative elected from workman community of the IOB and one representative elected from officers community of the IOB.

Also they have elected one or two members from Shareholders / Investors Community regularly.

I have filed an RTI query  (see attachment below) with the corporate affairs ministry.
