Did the Prime Minister's Office know about the scam-in-the-making in alloting 2G licences for which the opposition is now demanding telecom minister A Raja's resignation? Documents marked "secret", accessed by Governance Now and attached here, reveal that the DMK leader had kept the PMO very much posted in the matter.
