That if the Supreme Court of India thinks the Chief Justice should not be covered under the Right to Information Act because he is the pater familias (or the father figure of the family of judges of the country) should we not remind the Supreme Court that the people of this country are the grandpater familias (or the grand father) of a constitutional democracy?
