Maharashtra will face load-shedding for two to five and an half hours for two days as power generation at four units has been affected due to technical reasons, the state's power distribution company MSEDCL said today.

Power generation has been affected due to technical fault at MSEDCL's units at Nashik, Khaperkheda, Parali and Paras while generating station at Chandrapur is also not working upto its capacity, a spokesman for the company said.

Besides, MSEDCL is also getting 600 MW less supply from Jindal Power, he said.

Efforts are on to repair the generating sets and normalcy would be restored by tomorrow evening, he added.
