Photo identity cards to over 58,000 voters in six assembly constituencies in East Godavari district

Efforts are on to provide photo identity cards to over 58,000 voters in six assembly constituencies in East Godavari district, a revenue official said.

Revenue Divisional Officer Challa Vinay Mohan yesterday verified the photographs of voters for issuing the identity cards at Seethampeta and Postal Colony here.

He said there were 10,99,877 voters in the division and 10,41,866 of them have been issued photo identity cards earlier and the remaining 58,011 voters would be provided with it now.
